- Big gloves for sparring minimum 12 oz, ideally 14 or 16oz
- Focus mitts
- Sticks, rattan and or padded
- Training knives
- Gumshield
- Notepad, pen

Description
Hybrid Combat Self Defence Instructor Course
2 day instrucor course, the first day of training will be in a seminar format, lasting 4-5 hours (including short breaks). The second (following) day will be 4-5 hours of testing to qualify onto the instructor program.
You are paying to attend this course, in the above format on March 4th, 5th, May 6th, 7th, August 19th, 20th, and December 9th and 10th of 2023.
(In the event of dates changing or being cancelled, attendees will be notified and their places held until a new date is confirmed)
